DESCRIPTION
The U TC 15N 50 is an N-c hannel mod e p ower MOSF ET using UT C’s
advanced tech nology to provide custom ers with p lanar stri pe a nd DMOS
technology. T his techn ology allows a m inimum on-state resistanc e a nd
superior switching performance. It also can withstand high energy pulse in
the avalanche and commutation mode.
The U TC 15N50 is gen erally ap plied in h igh efficienc y s witch mode
power supplies.
