■DESCRIPTION
The STC4545 is the N & P-Channel enhancement
mode power field effect transistor is produced using
high cell density. advanced trench technology to
provide excellent RDS(ON).
This device iswidely preferred for commercial-
industrial surface mount applications and suited for
low voltage applications such as DC/DC converters
applications.
