TB62206FG
The TB62206FG is designed to drive a 2−phase bipolar
setpping motor. With BiCD process technology, this device
enables output withstand voltage of 40 V and maximum current
of 1.8 A to be achieved.

• 2−phase/1−2 phase excitation is available
