DESCRIPTION
The TK11835 is a positive to negative switching regulator.
This IC converts a positive input voltage into a regulated
negative output voltage. The maximum regulated output
voltage and current are determined by the choice of the
external transistor and inductor.

TK11835
The thermal protection feature provides oscillator shut-

voltage range of 1.8 V to 15 V and a 50 mA base drive
