DESCRIPTION
The BFR91 is an NPN silicon epitaxial transistor designed for low noise
amplifier at VHF, UHF and CATV band.
It has dynamic range and good current characteristic.
This small-signal plastic transistor offers superior quality and
performance at low cost.
