DESCRIPTION
The UTC UT3458 is N-channel enhancement mode power
MOSFET using UTC’s advanced technology to provide the
customers with perfect RDS(ON) and low gate charge. This device can
be operated with 4.5V low gate voltage.

* ID =4.1A
* RDS(ON)<0.1Ω @ VGS=10V, ID=3.2A
RDS(ON)<0.128Ω @ VGS=4.5V, ID=2.8A
