General Description
The BF9038DNS-A is a dual N-channel MOS Field Effect
Transistor, which is applied to electronic systems as a
power switch. This device has ESD-protection and low
resistance characteristics.
Features
• VDS (V) =30V
• Can be driven by a 2.5 V power source
• Low on-state resistance
RDS(on) = 17 mΩ TYP (VGS = 4.5V, ID =2.0A)
RDS(on) = 22 mΩ TYP (VGS = 2.5V, ID = 2.0A)
• Composite type, facilitating high-density mounting.
