They could be programmed as GPIs by register setting.
Keypad Strobe Line or GPOs (General Purpose Output)

KOUT0-KOUT3 Keypad matrix strobe lines outputs with open-drain. (Default).
GPO0-GPO3 They could be programmed as GPOs by register setting, if don’t use,
please keep floating.
