■ Monolithic power IC that has a built-in control part
(CMOS) and a power MOS FET on 1chip
■ 8ch Low-side switch for driving resistive, inductive
load
■ 16bit Serial peripheral interface(SPI) for diagnostics
and control
■ Built-in Open Load Detection circuit in output-off state
■ Built-in Over Current Protection circuit (OCP)
■ Built-in Active Clamp circuit
■ Built-in Thermal shutdown circuit (TSD)
■ Low On resistance of RON=700mΩ(VIN=5V, Tj=25°C,
Io=0.2A, Typ)
■ Surface mount HTSSOP-B24 Package
■ AEC-Q100 Qualified (Note 1)

Overview
BD8LA700EFV is 8ch Low-Side switch for automotive
and industrial equipment. It has a built-in, Open Load
Detection circuit, Over Current Protection circuit, Active
clamp circuit and Thermal Shutdown circuit.
