Input System power: +5 volt power supply.
GND
Input System ground.
Reset input. When RST is asserted, the CPU immediately
RST Input terminates all operations, clears the internal registers & logic,
and transfers the address to the reset address FFFF0h.
X1 Input Input to the oscillator amplifier.
X2 Output Output from the inverted oscillator amplifier.

Clock output A. The CLKOUTA operation is the same as that
of crystal input frequency (X1). CLKOUTA remains active
during reset and bus hold conditions.
Clock output B. The CLKOUTB operation is the same as that
of crystal input frequency (X1). CLKOUTB remains active
during reset and bus hold conditions.
Asynchronous Serial Port Interface
RXD0/PIO23
Input/Output
Receive data for asynchronous serial port 0. This pin receives
asynchronous serial data.
Transmit data for asynchronous serial port 0. This pin
TXD0/PIO22
Output/Input transmits asynchronous serial data from the UART of the
microcontrollers.
Ready to Send/Ready to Receive signal for asynchronous
serial port 0. When the RTS0 bit in the AUXCON register is
RTS0 / RTR0 /PIO20
Output/Input set and the FC bit in the serial port 0 control register is set, the
RTS0 signal is enabled. Otherwise, when the RTS0 bit is
CTS0 / ENRX0 /PIO21
cleared and the FC bit is set, the RTR0 signal is enabled.
Clear to Send/Enable Receiver Request signal for
asynchronous serial port 0. When the ENRX0 bit in the
AUXCON register is cleared and the FC bit in the serial port
Input/Output 0 control register is set, the CTS0 signal is enabled.
Otherwise, when the ENRX0 bit is set and the FC bit is set,
the ENRX0 signal is enabled.
TXD1/PIO27
RXD1/PIO28
Transmit data for asynchronous serial port 0. This pin
Output/Input transmits asynchronous serial data from the UART of the
microcontrollers.
Input/Output
Receive data for asynchronous serial port 0. This pin receives
asynchronous serial data.
Ready to Send/Ready to Receive signal for asynchronous
serial port 1. When the RTS1 bit in the AUXCON register is
PCS3 / RTS1/ RTR1
Output/Input set and the FC bit in the serial port 1 register is set, the RTS1
signal is enabled. Otherwise, when the RTS1 bit is cleared
PCS2 / CTS1/ ENRX1
and the FC bit is set, the RTR1 signal is enabled.
Clear to Send/Enable Receiver Request signal for
asynchronous serial port 0. When the ENRX1 bit in the
AUXCON register is cleared and the FC bit in the serial port
Output/Input 0 control register is set, the CTS1 signal is enabled.
Otherwise, when the ENRX1 bit is set and the FC bit is set,
the ENRX1 signal is enabled.
